I don't very often write the
SAS code to produce tables and listings anymore. There are other people who do it a lot better than I, and I do a lot of other things better than write SAS code. But I've had the occasion to do it recently, and, I have to admit, it's a reminder of why I didn't go down the SAS programmer path (and a reminder of the fact that things really do take a long time to produce, at least correctly).
